A variety of 1,2-amino alcohol diesters 1 reacted smoothly with diethyl chlorophosphate under basic conditions to afford the corresponding 1,2-amino phosphate diesters 2 in excellent yields. These compounds served as useful precursors for subsequent nucleophilic attack by alcohols in an SN2 fashion to provide 1,2-amino ether diesters 3.  相似文献

Novel biodegradable poly(carbonate‐ether)s (PCEs) with lower critical solution temperature (LCST) at body temperature were synthesized by copolymerization of CO2 and ethylene oxide (EO) under double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst. The PCEs showed carbonate unit (CU) content of 1.0–42.4 mol % and molecular weight of 2.7–247 kg/mol, which exhibited reversible thermoresponsive feature in deionized water with LCST in a broad window from 21.5 to 84.1 °C. The LCST was highly sensitive to the CU content and the molecular weight of PCEs, and it showed a linear relation with CU content for PCEs with similar molecular weight. In particular, aqueous solution of PCE with a 26.0 mol % of CU showed an LCST around 36.1 °C, which was very close to the body temperature. Interestingly, it was found that the phase transition behavior changed with PCE concentration. For PCE with Mn of 2.7 kg/mol and CU content of 30.0 mol %, the LCST increased from 21.5 to 36.7 °C when the PCE concentration changed from 10 to 1 g/L. Dynamic light scattering indicated that the phase transition was possibly due to a coil‐to‐globule transition. The thermoresponsive biodegradable PCE with LCST at body temperature is promising for biomedical applications, especially for in vivo applications. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Segmented block copolymers of polysulphone with monodisperse amide segments were synthesized by a melt and a solution polymerization method. Both triblock and multiblock copolymers were prepared. The length of the difunctional polysulphone was varied from 2000 to 20,000 g/mol. The monodisperse amide segment was the tetra‐amide T6T6T based on terephthalic acid (T) and hexamethylene diamine (6) units. The main goal of this work was to study if the high Tg amorphous polysulphone could be modified to a high Tg semi‐crystalline PSU‐T6T6T copolymer. The copolymers were characterized by viscosity measurements, NMR, FTIR, MALDI‐TOF, DSC, and DMA. Depending on the amide concentration in the copolymers the T6T6T melting temperatures ranged between 220 and 270 °C and thus the crystallization window was small 50–100 °C. From the FTIR results, it was revealed that the crystallinity of the T6T6T segments in the copolymer could be very high, up to 92–97%. The T6T6T has crystallized out into nanoribbons with a high aspect ratio. These high Tg semi‐crystalline copolymers had a high dimensional and solvent resistance. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Sulfonated fluorinated multiblock copolymers based on high performance polymers were synthesized and evaluated for use as proton exchange membranes (PEMs). The multiblock copolymers consist of fully disulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) and partially fluorinated poly(arylene ether ketone) as hydrophilic and hydrophobic segments, respectively. Synthesis of the multiblock copolymers was achieved by a condensation coupling reaction between controlled molecular weight hydrophilic and hydrophobic oligomers. The coupling reaction could be conducted at relatively low temperatures (e.g., 105 °C) by utilizing highly reactive hexafluorobenzene (HFB) as a linkage group. The low coupling reaction temperature could prevent a possible trans‐etherification, which can randomize the hydrophilic‐hydrophobic sequences. Tough ductile membranes were prepared by solution casting and their membrane properties were evaluated. With similar ion exchange capacities (IECs), proton conductivity and water uptake were strongly influenced by the hydrophilic and hydrophobic block sequence lengths. Conductivity and water uptake increased with increasing block length by developing nanophase separated morphologies. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) experiments revealed that the connectivity of the hydrophilic segments was enhanced by increasing the block length. We first achieved the living cationic polymerization of azide‐containing monomer, 2‐azidoethyl vinyl ether (AzVE), with SnCl4 as a catalyst (activator) in conjunction with the HCl adduct of a vinyl ether [H‐CH2CH(OR)‐Cl; R ? CH2CH2Cl, CH2CH(CH3)2]. Despite the potentially poisoning azide group, the produced polymers possessed controlled molecular weights and fairly narrow distributions (Mw/Mn ~ 1.2) and gave block polymers with 2‐chloroethyl vinyl ether. The pendent azide groups are easily converted into various functional groups via mild and selective reactions, such as the Staudinger reduction and copper‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne 1,3‐cycloaddition (CuAAC; a “click” reaction). These reactions led to quantitative pendent functionalization into primary amine (? NH2), hydroxy (? OH), and carboxyl (? COOH) groups, at room temperature and without any acidic or basic treatment. Thus, poly(AzVE) is a versatile precursor for a wide variety of functional vinyl ether polymers with well‐defined structures and molecular weights. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of well‐defined amphiphilic comb poly (ether amine)s (acPEAs) were successfully synthesized through nucleophilic addition/ring‐opening reaction of commercial available poly(propylene glycol) (PPO) diglycidyl ether and Jeffamine L100, followed by esterification of hydroxyl groups in backbone by alkyl carboxylic acid with different chain length. acPEAs are comprised of hydrophilic short PEO chains and hydrophobic alkyl chains as comb chains, which are grafted on PPO backbone alternately to form well‐defined structure. With the very low critical micelle concentration (CMC) of around 3.0 × 10?3 g/L, the obtained acPEAs can self‐assemble into stable nanomicelles, whose aggregation is responsive to temperature, pH, and ionic strength with tunable cloud point (CP). The CP of acPEAs' aqueous solution increases with the decrease of the length of graft alkyl chains, the decrease of pH value, and the decrease of ionic strength. A transition behavior in the responsive aggregation of micelles formed by acPEA8 and acPEA10 in aqueous solution, especially at low pH value (<7.0), was observed, which was also revealed by DLS results. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New linear and three-arm star polyisobutylenes carrying two and three terminal styryl endgroups, i.e., Fn = 2.0 and 3.0, respectively, have been prepared. The synthesis of these styryl-telechelic polyisobutylenes involved Friedel-Crafts alkylation by linear and/or three-arm star polyisobutylenes carrying tertiary chlorine endgroups of (2-bromoethyl)benzene or /β-bromoisopropylbenzene followed by de-hydrobromination. According to model studies, 1H-NMR, and UV spectroscopy, the conversions are essentially quantitative. These new terminally di- and tri-styrenated polyisobutylenes may be useful for the preparation of block copolymers and as cross-linking materials.  相似文献
